Setting Up Your Email on iPhone (iOS)

To set up your new mailbox on an Apple iPhone or iPad, you need to:

  • Head to the Settings icon and locate the Apps option.
  • Go to Mail.
  • Then select Mail Accounts.
  • Next, click Add Account.
  • Select Other from this list.
  • Finally Select Add Mail Account.

When adding your email account, use your own details as supplied by Turner Digital but follow this format exactly:

Press Next and wait for this to Verify it can take upto 2 mins. Once all the boxes are ticked you are all set up and ready to Go 

Settings > Mail > Mail Accounts

> Add Account

> Enter Email as Provided by Turner Digital

> Add Other Account

> Enter Details exactly as provided by Turner Digital, above is just as an example

> Double Check Details > Click Next/Save (Top Right)

> Click Save and the Mail Box is Ready

  • Ensure your username is your full email address, not just the part before the @.

  • If the setup fails, double-check your spelling, SSL settings, and port numbers.

  • Passwords are case-sensitive — type them exactly as provided.
